Terms of Service

Effective date: April 20, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Roastflow (the "Service") at roastflow.io, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Beta Service

Roastflow is currently offered as a free public beta. Features may change, be removed, or occasionally be unavailable. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period. When paid plans launch, existing beta users will be notified in advance and given a reasonable window to decide on a plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly at support@roastflow.io of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or infringe the rights of others
  • Attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer the Service, or access data you are not authorized to access
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or content that is unlawful or abusive
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans, once available, are billed through Stripe. Fees are quoted on the pricing page and may be changed with at least 30 days' notice. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service. You can export your Customer Data from the dashboard at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (other than Customer Data), is owned by Roastflow and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Roastflow connects to third-party services such as Shopify, WooCommerce, QuickBooks, and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roastflow and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms and updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
